The Cushing Memorial Library is located on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, TX. The building is attached to the Evans Sterling Library and faces the Academic Building. The building is open from 8am-6pm Monday thru Friday and 9am-1pm Saturdays while classes are in session. During intermissions the Library is open Monday thru Friday and closed on Saturdays. The Kelsey Reading Room closes fifteen minutes prior to the building closing.

All materials in the Cushing Memorial Library collections are non-circulating. They are housed in closed stacks (except for the Reference and University Press collections) and will be delivered to your desk in the Kelsey Reading Room. Curatorial staff are able to advise you regarding the availability of particular collections. Because Cushing maintains two off-site storage facilities, which includes our Theses and Dissertations collection, it is advisable to call ahead to confirm that material is available on-site. Material off-site can be transported to Cushing 3-5 days in advance.

Exhibits are on display in the Mayo-Thomas Room, Wendler Gallery, and First Floor Gallery. They are free of charge.
