What We Do

Cushing Curators are responsible for:

Protecting unique and irreplaceable books and objects.
Acquiring, cataloging, and organizing collections.
Answering questions about collections by phone, email, and virtual chat.
Providing tours to visitors and classes.
Assembling exhibits, hosting symposia and lectures, providing workshops, and other cultural events.
