About Our Instruction Program

The Faculty and Staff members at Cushing Memorial Library and Archives actively engage in teaching and instruction. Teaching includes class lectures, instructional sessions on our collections and services, and full college courses, based on our collections and on our individual expertise. Some Faculty members have formal roles in Texas A&M University programs and units.

Examples of lectures and courses include:

Class Lectures:

  • Bibliography and Literary Research, ENGL 603, Spring 2016
    (Dr. Laura Estill, Instructor)
  • Studies in a Major Author: Charles Dickens, ENGL 415, Fall 2015
    (Dr. Mary Ann O’Farrell, Instructor)

Faculty members can be invited to your classroom, or Cushing Library can host classes on site, depending on class size and needs. Please contact the appropriate Faculty member directly, using the Contact Us page.
